Why it exists

AI chat apps write beautifully — for the chat window. Copy that answer into Word, Gmail or LinkedIn and the formatting falls apart: ** symbols printed as text, headings made of hashes, bullets drawn with dashes, doubled line spacing, citation leftovers like 【3†source】 and invisible zero-width characters.

AICOPYFIT is the missing last step of the AI workflow: paste the draft, pick the destination, copy back text that is actually ready for it.

What it is (and isn't)

• It is a set of deterministic cleaning rules, grouped per destination — Word wants real headings and lists, email wants normal spacing, LinkedIn wants stable line breaks inside its 3,000-character limit.
• It isn't an AI model. There's no rephrasing, no rewriting of your meaning — the words are yours, the junk is removed.
• It isn't a cloud service. Rules run locally in the browser; nothing is uploaded.

The privacy promise

No account. No uploads. No history. Your text never leaves the device, which is why it's safe for client documents and confidential drafts. The footer repeats it on every page because it's the point of the whole design.

Who makes it

AICOPYFIT is an independent side project by a single maintainer. It's free, requires no signup, and is planned to stay that way. If the site ever carries advertising on long-form content pages, the tool pages themselves will stay clean — the tool is why people come.
