The short version

• The text you paste is processed entirely in your own browser. It is never sent to, stored on, or seen by any server.
• We don't ask for an account, an email address, or a name.
• We don't place ads, and we don't sell data.
• Like most websites, we do use Google Analytics to count visits — details below.

The text you paste

Everything you paste into AICOPYFIT is cleaned by JavaScript running locally on your machine. The text never crosses the network. There is no server-side processing, no logging, no upload, and no paste history. When you reload the page, everything you pasted is gone for good.

We designed it this way on purpose: confidential drafts, client emails and reports can be cleaned without any risk of the text leaving the device.

Analytics (Google Analytics)

This site loads Google Analytics gtag.js (G-BPHPESZLL8) to measure basic usage: page views, approximate country or region derived from IP, browser type, and referral source. This helps us understand which tools people use and what to improve.

Google may set cookies for this measurement depending on your browser and region. You can prevent it entirely with an ad blocker, a browser setting like Do Not Track, or by using the site with scripts blocked — the tool itself keeps working, because the cleaner runs offline in your browser. Google's own handling of analytics data is described in Google's Privacy Policy.

Third-party images

The site may display small badge images from directories that list AICOPYFIT (for example a "featured on" badge served by that directory's servers). When your browser loads those images, the directory's server can see your IP address, like any embedded image anywhere on the web.

Advertising

AICOPYFIT currently runs no advertising. If advertising is ever introduced on content pages, this policy will be updated first, with clear disclosure of the network involved, the cookies it may use, and how to opt out.

What we never have

Your documents, email drafts, chat exports and reports. We can't lose, leak, sell or subpoena what never arrives on our side — none of it is ever collected.

Children

AICOPYFIT is a general-audience productivity tool and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If anything about how the site works changes, the "Last updated" date above changes with it. Material changes that affect how data is handled will be described in place, not buried.
