Terms of Use
The plain-language terms: free to use, review before you send, your text is always yours.
Last updated: October 18, 2026
Using the site
AICOPYFIT is free for personal and commercial use. You may use it to clean text you paste yourself, at no charge, without creating an account. Don't abuse the service or try to break it for other visitors.
How the tool works
The cleaner consists of formatting rules that run in your own browser. Results depend on the text you paste and the destination you pick. What you paste is yours; it is never sent to or stored by us.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. The tool changes formatting; it does not proofread meaning, fix facts, or guarantee that every destination renders text identically. Always review the final result before sending it anywhere that matters.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the maintainer is not liable for any damages arising from use of the site, including lost time, lost drafts or formatting surprises. You paste, you review, you send — the review step is yours.
Your content
Text pasted into the tool remains your property. Since it never reaches any server, we hold no copy and claim no license to it.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the tool evolves; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
