Copy for Email
One click puts rich text on your clipboard. Paste it into the compose window and send.
Client emails stay private. This cleaner runs in your browser. Draft replies are never uploaded anywhere — which matters when the text contains customer names.
Questions about pasting AI text into Gmail
Will Gmail keep bold, lists and links after the paste?
Yes. The copy button emits rich text, so Gmail (and Outlook) receive real bold runs, real bullet and numbered lists and clickable links. Markdown symbols like ** and ## never appear. Use the plain text copy instead if your email must stay unformatted.
Does this also work with Outlook?
Yes. Outlook's compose window reads the same rich text clipboard content, so a clean paste works the same way in Gmail, Outlook and most other webmail clients.
What are the 【3†source】 marks in my text?
They are internal citation markers added by ChatGPT's browser search. They mean nothing outside the chat interface, and AICOPYFIT removes them before you paste.
Why is my email suddenly much shorter?
Because ChatGPT adds extra blank lines between nearly every sentence. Collapsed to normal paragraph spacing, a typical AI reply loses two thirds of its vertical length. No words are changed — only spacing.
Will the recipient see anything odd?
No. The email body simply looks like a normal, cleanly formatted message: paragraphs, bold, lists, links — no hashtags, stars, backticks or citation marks.
